Description

BL-1300 manual flatbed Die-cutting Machine features with high operation speed high safety and easy operation. It’s an ideal equipment to die-cut or emboss 250-1000g/㎡range of cardboard and die-cut ≤8mm corrugated paper, and the max. size is 1330×980, min. size is 580×480. It’s die-cutting pressure can achieve 300T and the min. gripper end is 8mm. The max. hourly output production per hour is 4200

sheets. BL-1300 combined the advanced technology of home and abroad which has the advantage

of high speed and stable property.

Main Feature

1.     The machine drive by Siemens variable-frequency and variable-speed motor and control by PLC programmable controller which can automatically monitor the operation and abnormal condition.

2.     The start alarm system guarantee the safety by warn operation staff to leave the unsafety zone. The automatically shut down system reduce the waste of paper, protect the safety of operation staff and the machine.

3.     The pre-piling structure reduce time of paper piling and improve the efficiency.

4.     The whole set of electrical components are imported products which greatly improve the stability of the electrical system and reduce the maintenance frequency.

5.     The main driving system is made of import bearings, such as SFK, NSK and IKO which reduce the vibration and noise of the machine at high speed, and ensure the stability.

6.     The platen walls and seat are made of ductile iron in line with British Meehanite casting standard which maintain the stability under 300T of pressure.The worm wheel and worm set products are made of imported alloy steel, which ensures the durability of the key transmission part.

7.     The machine is equipped with the lubrication oil cool system, to reduce the oil temperature and the movement component deformation effectively,and also ensure stability of the machine pressure. It’s equipped with oil pressure display device and hydraulic insufficient air pressure alarm device.
